Steve McCoy
Speaker: The State of the Industry: Current Challenges and Opportunities in Clean Energy and Transportation
Mr. McCoy serves as Vice President of Business Development for Blossman Gas, Inc. and their
alternative fuels division, Alliance AutoGas. Steve has served on several industry boards to include the
Virginia Clean Cities where he was instrumental in the implementation of the Southeast Propane
Corridor Project which facilitated the conversion, operation, and refueling infrastructure to support
approximately 1200 propane autogas vehicles. He has also written proposals and received Pennsylvania
AFIG grant funds as well as worked with Clean Fuels Ohio on autogas funding projects. Since inception
in 2009, Alliance AutoGas’ fleets have displaced over 80,000,000 gallons of gasoline with cleaner, less
expensive, domestically produced, propane autogas.
With over 40 years’ experience in all facets of the propane industry including ownership, operations,
marketing, and sales, Steve brings a versatile working knowledge of propane autogas for fleet
