Robert Lee Christopher serves as an Environmental Planner with the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments, where he leads the Regional Electric Vehicle Deployment (REVD) Working Group and supports regional efforts to advance fleet electrification and clean transportation. His work centers on helping local governments plan and coordinate infrastructure investments, develop procurement tools, and share best practices for equitable and efficient fleet transitions.
