Kendra Patterson

Kendra Patterson is a Regional Fleet Sales Manager with Volkswagen of America, where she leads strategic fleet partnerships across the Eastern and Southern United States. Her career spans 15 years across strategic partnerships, business development, marketing, enterprise sales, and customer strategy, with a focus on building relationships and creating solutions that support organizations and their evolving mobility needs.
Beyond her corporate work, Kendra has spent more than a decade mentoring and developing emerging professionals and is the founder of The Art of Blooming, a leadership and professional development company focused on helping people translate potential into confidence, presence, and leadership. She holds an MBA from Howard University and was a Runner-up in the 2026 Ms. Corporate America National Competition, representing the District of Columbia.
