What is Hydrogen Fuel?  Hydrogen Fuel is a zero-carbon fuel burned with oxygen; through a chemical process. This is  provided through a process that is used in fuel cells or internal combustion engines.  The Department of Energy (DOE) goes in-depth through a report by Center for Strategic and International Studies(CSIS), to explain what the budget and progress for the next 30 years will be.
