The Greater Washington Region Clean Cities Coalition (GWRCCC) released a white paper highlighting the steps that the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Fleet Revolving Fund Leasing Program can take to make the leasing program more equitable for Schedule 751 contract holders that are majority small, Disabled-Veteran/Minority-Owned Firms.
